As of April 2024, India’s unemployment rate stands at 8.1%, with youth unemployment among graduates alarmingly high at 29%. Given this growing need for employable professionals and the importance of socio-economic development, enhancing employability opportunities for students has become a pressing necessity to drive the country’s growth. Youths still need to understand that a qualification certificate alone is not enough to guarantee employability. Targeted skill development initiatives are essential to address this pressing issue and unlock the nation’s potential.

Observing this fact, we have designed this unique SED curriculum to equip students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the job market.

THE CURRICULUM :

Basically, SED is a unique and advanced package for multi-efficiency development curriculum, specially designed to give candidates an edge in the job market. Based on the career counseling report, students will be trained in Soft Skill Development and Essential Skill Development, and will be provided with opportunities for internships/vocational training to gain hands-on experience in a professional atmosphere, including interview facing.

Additionally, if candidates lack core skills, they can choose one of the listed Core Skill Development workshops offered by AIM, following the recommendations of the counseling report.

WHO CAN APPLY :

Any graduate or final-year student pursuing graduation can apply in the prescribed format.

ABOUT PLACEMENT/JOB:

Upon successful completion, the endorsed profiles of candidates will be published on our job portal with the endorsement of AIM. Participants can also access our job vacancy portal and explore opportunities elsewhere. Our team of experts will provide dedicated support to help them secure placements.
