Most of the youths believe that only a qualification certificate is the passport for getting a job.

98% of first-generation and 82% of middle-class qualified youths lack guidance on navigating the professional world and becoming employable.

As a result, lakhs of such youths are running directionless, moving aimlessly, and fall in some traps sometimes. Thus, wasting their time and money, and ultimately losing their lives and getting frustrated. The underutilization or no utilization of such youth power is also leading to a national loss.

This is where career counseling plays a crucial role in career guidance, helping candidates find the right career based on their strengths, weaknesses, interests, and passions.

    Through career counseling, candidates can benefit in the following ways:

    After fixation of career path, candidates can participate in mentorship programs and coaching, which can further prepare them for their job and help them advance in their chosen career.
